Administrative Team

Dawn has been working at Riesterer Financial since 2011. She started as an assistant to the financial advisors and now leads the support efforts as the Financial Service Manager. Dawn holds a life & health insurance license and is working on her securities license. Dawn and her husband enjoy spending time with family, kayaking and gardening.

Carlie joined the Riesterer Financial team in October of 2021 as the Finance Manager. As the Finance Manager, Carlie provides financial expertise, analysis, and guidance to Riesterer Financial. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership from Rasmussen University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, crafting and being outdoors.

Cody joined Riesterer Financial in November 2021 after earning his Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay earlier that year. His goal is to build lasting relationships and help clients achieve their financial goals through thoughtful planning and education. Cody believes that whether you’re just starting to invest or planning for retirement, a strong financial plan is the foundation for long-term success.

When he is not in the office, you will typically find him cheering on his favorite Wisconsin sports teams.

Kathy joined the Riesterer Financial team in October 2025 as the Receptionist. She holds an Office Assistant certificate from Lakeshore Technical College and brings over 10 years of experience in reception and administrative support roles. Outside of the office, Kathy enjoys camping, reading, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.

Kayla joined the Riesterer Financial team in October of 2020 as the Business Manager. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Lakeland College and has extensive experience in marketing and human resources. Kayla greatly enjoys spending time with family and traveling. 

Luke joined Riesterer Financial in July 2025. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from Wheaton College and brings experience from the legal industry. Luke is licensed in securities. He enjoys serving as a deacon at his church, cheering on Wisconsin sports teams, and spending quality time with his family.

Robert joined Riesterer Financial in April of 2021. He obtained his Associates Degree in Paralegal and Law Studies from Lakeshore Technical College 2018 and worked in law firms prior to joining Riesterer Financial. Robert is licensed in life & health insurance, his Series 7 license, and is currently working on getting his Series 66 license. He provides a variety of support to the financial advisors.

Robert enjoys writing music and playing drums, guitar, and bass in his free time. Robert is also an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers.
